Effective date: February 24, 2026. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) apply to your access to and use of the Auto Coverage Link website, forms, and phone connection services (collectively, the “Services”). If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1) Who we are (and who we are not)
Auto Coverage Link is a marketing and lead generation service that connects consumers with licensed auto insurance providers and agencies. We are not an insurance company, do not provide insurance, do not bind coverage, and do not guarantee that you will receive a quote or be accepted for coverage. Any insurance product is offered solely by the provider or agency you speak with, subject to their terms and applicable law.
2) Eligibility and permitted use
You must be at least 18 years old and located in the United States to use the Services. You agree to use the Services only for lawful, personal purposes related to requesting or comparing auto insurance and related products. You may not misuse the Services, attempt to disrupt the site, scrape content, or use automated means to submit requests without our permission.
3) Quote requests, routing, and calls
